We offer tracked shipping on every order.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days, depending on your location. Because each DogZio is shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, delivery can take a little longer than local retail — but every order is fully tracked from door to door. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on all orders over $40. Orders under $40 have a flat $4.99 shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING
Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States.
