Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind DogZio with our 30-Day Happy-Tail Guarantee. If you and your pup aren't completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How returns work
To start a return, email us at support@dogzio.shop with your order number. Items should be in their original condition. Once your return is approved, we'll send you simple instructions on how to send it back. Return shipping is on us — we'll provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll get an email once it's done. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at support@dogzio.shop and we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Exchanges
Want a different color? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the color you'd like.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
