Shipping

We offer tracked shipping on every order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery is 10–20 business days depending on your location. Because each DogZio is shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, delivery can take a little longer than local retail — but every order is fully tracked from door to door.

Free shipping on all orders over $40. Orders under $40 have a flat $4.99 shipping rate, shown at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind DogZio with our 30-Day Happy-Tail Guarantee. If you and your pup aren't completely happy, return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email us at support@dogzio.shop with your order number.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
